PCstar Networks Account Termination Form

PCstar Networks strives to provide the best possible service for the best possible price but sometimes the ball is dropped and/or the Internet connection just isn't up to par. If this has happened to you we would like to remind you that PCstar Communications has several different networks to choose from and each operates independently from the other. That means that if you have had poor connections we can switch you to a different network and hopefully solve the problem. It's just like switching to a different ISP without actually switching ISP's. Your e-mail stays the same but your on a totally different network.

So before you fill out the termination form why not give us a chance to correct the problem, We encourage you to e-mail us at support@pcstarnet.com prior to filling out this form. It is our desire to help in any way we can.

If a working e-mail account is provided, a confirmation letter will be sent once the account has been terminated. This is your proof the account was in fact terminated. Please keep a copy of this Confirmation for your records.

An automated Confirmation will be given immediately upon clicking the 'submit form' button. This IS NOT a Confirmation that we have received your request to terminate or that your account has been terminated. We will send an e-mail Confirmation to the 'New E-mail' address you indicated above within 24 business hours. ( This does not include the weekends.) If you do not receive this Confirmation please re-submit your request making sure you have provided us with a working e-mail address. Your PCstar Communications e-mail account will not work once we terminate your account.

Remember, in order to avoid charges for your next month of service you must submit this form at least 10 days prior to your monthly renewal date.
